Today is all about self-care! Trying new things to improve skin health, hair health, and all-around health are things to help you feel your best. I am all about trial and error, and these are some of my favorite things that are in my self-care routine right now.

1. AIRDOCTOR Air Purifier.  

We have dogs, and we have kids, and it's winter. This air purifier is a great way to clean the air around us. Better sleep and less stuffy noses in the morning are noticeable!

2. Seat Cushion Massager.

Make your long days at the computer a bit more comfortable with this seat massager. It's great on cold winter days, because it has heat too!

3.  CeraVe SA Face Cleanser.

I have sensitive skin, and it is prone to breaking out (still in my late 40s), and this cleanser has really made a huge difference. Of all the things I have tried, this has worked the best for me to keep my skin healthy and clear.

4. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides.

I put some in my coffee or a smoothie each day. It helps your hair, nails, and joints! They have a vanilla flavor that I enjoy.

5. Cetaphil Moisturizer. Really, all of their products are great, especially for sensitive skin, but I strongly promote their moisturizer. It has made a huge difference with the way my skin on my face looks and feels.

It's so important to be good to ourselves so that we can handle all the daily and weekly stuff that comes our way. Take some time each day to do something nice for yourself. You won't regret it!
